Moving ahead with reverse engineering
Our reverse engineering services utilize the portable Nikon Laser scanning system and the Romer portable coordinate-measuring machine, complemented by point-cloud processing and advanced surface-modeling and dimensional inspection software. Our laser-scanning system can be calibrated on the spot to adjust for variations in temperature and work environments.
Our experienced technicians can perform data collection at your worksite, and using our advanced tools, they’ll recreate the most challenging geometries, including pump hydraulics and auto body surface modeling. We’re capable of working with a wide
variety of CAD file types and can produce reports and dimensional analysis in a wide variety of formats.
Several robust software tools complement our portable laser scanner and Romer arm.
